Format examples and explanations

Coverage varies by language. Ambiguous dates require confirmation. Dates without a clock use midnight. Precision is limited to milliseconds.

How to use

Set the starting time and timezone, enter an event title, then choose a duration or an explicit end time. Check the preview and download the ICS file to import into your calendar.

Example

A start at 2026-10-05T08:00:00Z with a 45-minute duration ends at 08:45 UTC, or 16:45 in Singapore.

Rules and limits

The file describes one event using UTC instants, to second precision. Duration is elapsed time, up to 365 days. Downloading does not send invitations or sync a calendar. A return link is optional and does not include the event title.
