Supported formats

ISO / RFC, local dates, month names, timestamps and relative expressions. Input languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Finnish, Swedish and Vietnamese.

Format examples and explanations

Coverage varies by language. Ambiguous dates require confirmation. Dates without a clock use midnight. Precision is limited to milliseconds.

How to use

Choose a date and its timezone, add 2–5 locations with local working hours, and set the meeting length. Review each location’s time before sharing the start or creating a calendar event.

Example

On 2026-10-05, 16:00–16:45 in Singapore is 09:00–09:45 in London. Both fit a 09:00–18:00 local working window.

Rules and limits

This compares working windows, not personal calendar availability. Holidays and overnight shifts are not included. Dates: 2000–2100; duration: 15–240 minutes in 15-minute steps. The whole meeting must fit. Sharing fixes the start only; calendar export includes duration.
